Bonnie Goods is a small wholefoods bakery established in 2013 by Morgan and Nic Maw.

The journey began in 2010 while living in Edinburgh. During our time there, we were introduced to some great Scottish fare including single malt whisky and their national cracker – the excellent and versatile oatcake.

A keen baker from a young age, Morgan set out to perfect her own oatcake recipe from our little flat in Leith and on our return home in 2013, we began selling Bonnie Oatcakes beside the cheesemonger at the wonderful La Cigale French Market in Parnell, Auckland. We’re now stocked in stores all around New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong and recently, Victoria (Australia).

Sourcing locally is important to us. We use the best wholegrain oats from Otago and Southland, sea salt from Marlborough, linseed from Canterbury, native West Coast kāmahi honey and South Island walnuts.

Bonnie Oatcakes are available in five varieties: Original, Smoked Paprika, Canterbury Linseed, Kāmahi Honey and Seaweed & Walnut.

Sweet (but not too sweet) Bonnie Oat Biscuits, come in three delicious flavours: Dutch Spiced, Peanut Brownie and Dark Chocolate & Hazelnut.
